Mariana Pinto

As a creative professional with a deep passion for art and design, I have spent 3+ years building my career in the Interior Design space. While being relatively new to the industry, my dedication and tenacity allowed me to lead large scale projects well beyond my level, through which I have developed a strong set of skills and foundational experience. I’ve had the opportunity to work as lead designer in a number of exciting projects, including a complete renovation of a 12 story residential building, several retail spaces, and the restoration of a historic estate - to name a few. 

I am well versed in all aspects of a project from conceptualization, material sourcing, budgeting, elevations, 3D rendering, construction documentation, and project management. Despite not having formally studied design, I have dedicated the last three years to learning every breadth of the field through real-life applications. I have worked closely with vendors and clients in both residential and commercial projects, and have successfully met strict timelines. 

Growing up between the mountains of Brazil and the coast of California, my style evokes a deep appreciation for the natural environment. Beyond my professional life, I love to spend my free time traveling the world and creating art. I even recently converted the back of my design studio into a pop-up art studio to serve as an open space for anyone to come explore their creative side and play with new forms and materials. 

While I was fortunate for my career start in Miami, I am eager to enter the industry in NYC, where I can grow and learn from this vibrant city.
